The Story of BizEWorks™

What began as a means of simply promoting one's business developed into so much more.  BizEWorks™ grew in size and concept over a period of two years, beginning with a small networking group, BizEMoms, comprised primarily of momprenuers.  BizEMoms, a self organizing group of independent consultants and small business owners, was focused on the principle that "Working Together...Works!".  Formed by the belief that a parent can be successful running a business while still balancing family life, BizEMoms™ provided an outlet for peer support and the sharing of ideas and inspirations from others.  This continues to be the foundation of the company.

Meet Our Team

As BizEMoms™ grew from a group of eight women to over 40 businesses in a period of a year, so did the inspiration to continue to develop beyond a consumer resource and business support system.  The company strived to help promote pride and support for our neighborhoods and communities, and improve the lives of others.  By offering an avenue of community giving through the BizEHelps program, BizEWorks™ makes it possible for individuals to contribute at their comfort level and assist in making the larger impact.  As one member stated, "It makes it nice that they organize these efforts because you want to do something to help but when you don't feel that your contribution is big enough on its own a lot of times you don't follow through.  This way we can contribute and know that we're helping without having to organize it ourselves."

In 2008 the discussion of changing the name from BizEMoms™ was started as a way of broadening the scope of businesses in the membership as well as to incorporate all the other facets of the company's activities in the community giving program and marketplace division.  The management of BizEMoms knew that the name evoked a certain belief that it was for only moms when the truth was that it was open to all businesses and the only way to remedy that was to modify the name.  BizEWorks™ was the name that was chosen and was officially registered and trademarked in the State of Arizona in 2009.
 
With the new name and a refined vision for the future, BizEWorks™ looks to continue expanding their community support and presence for business owners, consumers, and "The Valley of The Sun" families.
